TO ENTER MINISTRY,
ORDINATION OF DEACONS. There will be an ordination of deacons at SI. Peter’s Cathedral on St. Thomas’ Day, December 21. It is expected that among those to be ordained will be Mr K. W. Hancock, who will serve as Bishop’s chaplain and be available for general work: Mr P. Sergei, who will act as chaplain to Southwell School and assist in St. Peter's Cathedral parish: Mr G. H. Phillips, who expects lo arrive from England on December J 3 and will serve In the Cathedral parish; and Mr F. 0. Dawson, of College House, Christchurch, who will also take up duties Jn the Cathedral parish.
