PERSONAL. A number of To Awamutu people spent the week-end In Auokland In order to attend the wedding of Rev. S. Warelng and Miss Bailey on Monday. Among these were the Mayoress (Mrs C. G. Downes), Mrs J. G. Wynyard, Mrs J. Roberton, Mrs Todd; Mrs Brooks, Mrs Swarbrick, Mrs Bent, Mrs Howcroft, Mrs Puryer, Mrs Jourdain and the Misses M. Wynyard and S. North. Miss Sybil Lane, of Hamilton, has been spending a few days with Miss Phyllis North, of Carlton Street, Te Awamutu. Mrs Seagrove, of Takapuna, has been the guest of Mrs A. J. Tailby, of Mangapiko, Te Awamutu. Mrs H. Cv Rainey and Mrs H. Philips, of Te Awamutu, have been spending a few days in touring the Taupo and Wairakel districts. Mrs and Miss Phelps, of Auckland, have been the guests of Mrs Teasdale, of Teasdale Street, Te Awamutu.
