BOROUGH GAS METERS.
ALTERATION APPROVED. CONSIDERABLE SAVING ENTAILED. The Board of Trade has approved of an alteration in connection with the sealing- of the prepayment device used on Borough Council’s gas department’s meters. The proposed alteration to these meters was designed by the borough fittings foreman, Mr F. Sigley, and will save the council between £2OO and £3OO in the purchase of meters.
