BIG DECLINES SHOWN. FRENCH AND GERMAN RETURNS. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyrlgnt. BERLIN, May IS. The German trade returns for April show: — Exports declined by> £16,830,000 to a total of £24,065,000. Imports declined by £21,365,000 to £33,950,000. PARIS, May 18. Returns of French trade show that exports during the last four months declined by £33,864,000, their total value being £56,288,000. Imports dropped £44,132,000 to £91,472,000.
