LEASE OF A FARM
AN AMENDED JUDGMENT. GIBSON VERSUS YOUNG. The judgment in the case heard in the Magistrate's Court yesterday In which Mr F. Clayton-Grcene appeared for the plaintiff. Samuel Gibson of Hamilton, farmer, and Mr C. L. Mac--11 iarm id for the defendant, Leslie Young, of Hamilton, farmer, was this morning, with the consent of counsel, amended by the magistrate. Mr Wyvern Wilson. Judgment was yesterday given by the Magistrate in favour of the. defendant on both claim and counterclaim. Judgment has now been entered for the plaintiff on the claim for £2t> f>s and for the defendant on Hie counter-claim for £!il lis and cos!-. The proposed appeal by the plaintiff will not now be continued with.
