FALSE PRETENCES
FARMER FOUND GUILTY. PROBATION FOR TWO YEARS. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Wednesday. In the Supreme Court John Albert Henry Schwass, farmer, of Tokomaru, was found guilty on a charge of false pretences. He was admitted to probation for two years, conditional on paying the costs of the action.
