Sir,—ln attending last night’s concert, one could only feel a sense of 'appreciation at the effort put forth by the different artists, all of whom deserve a full measure of praise in coming forward. Blit the gross ignorance displayed by a small section of the audience, In constantly chattering and giggling spoiled the effect. Suc'li people are utterly devoid of manners, and should stay at home, where their perverted sense of decency would be appreciated.—l am, etc., MUSIC. Hamilton, July 27, 1931.
