POSTPONED JUDGMENT.
CHARGE DISMISSED. HUNTLY MAGISTRATE’S COURT(Special to Times.) HUNTLY, Friday.
A postponed judgment was delivered by Mr F. H. Levien, S.M., in the Huntly Magistrate’s Court this morning in a case in which a Maori, Rore Pukewhararoa was involved in a collision on the Great South Road recently. His Worship said that the corner of Raynor’s Road and the Great South Road "was a bad one and it was impossible to tell how the man had approached the main highway. From his own observation he'had no hesitation in dismissing the charge.
