ALSDORF DISASTER.
248 BODIES RECOVERED. RESCUE WORKERS ENTOMBED. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright BERLIN, October 22. The casualties in the colliery disaster at Alsdorf, Rhine Province, now total 248 dead, whose bodies have been recovered, and 96 injured. Twenty-one of the rescuers were entombed by a fall of earth in the mine to-day.
