FSKIMO PIE PATENT. DUNEDIN COMPANY SUED; (By Telegraph Association.) DUNEDIN, Monday. In the Supreme 'Court Charles Bertram Colby, of Los Angeles (United States) applied for an injunction restraining the Dunedin Ice Cream Manufacturing Company from infringing his patent rights, it . being claimed that Royalettes made by the company were similar to Ekimo Pies, for which plaintiff holds the patent rights in New Zealand.
