Copyright, (Received May 21, 9.25 a.m.) MELBOURNE, May 21, The Commonwealth supervisor of dairy exports, Mr Carroll, told a conference of Victorian dairy factory managers that the quality of Victorian butter during tha past three years was disastrous. Butter sent to London was found to contain excess moisture and considerable .damage had been done to the prestige of Australian butter abroad. He added that tha butter conscience was entirely lacking among faotory managers.
