LATE MR JOHN McCAW.
WELL-ATTENDED FUNERAL, MANY OLD SETTLERS PRESENT. The funeral of the late Mr John McCaw which , left Ills late residence at Claudelands this morning was attended by early settlers from all over the Waikato, the Matamata district especially being strongly represented. Over fifty cars were included in the cortege which left for the Hamilton East Cemetery, where the last rites were performed by the Rev. J. Gilbert. Among those present were His Worship the Mayor (Mr J. R. Fow), Mr J. A. Young, M.P. for Hamilton, and Mr Lee Martin, M.P. for Raglan.
