WELLINGTON MEETING. TRACK WORK AT TRENTHAM. THE GOING VERY HARD. (Special to Times). WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A good downpour of rain would be appreciated at Ti’entham l'or the grass gallops arc very hard. The plough carries plenty ol' covering, however, and was generally used this morning. The weather was dull and threatening hut no rain fell. On the plough Glare ran seven furlongs easily in tin 325. Panther was well in front of Sujikissed over four furlongs in 50 2-ss. Lineage and Zephyrus sprinted home well after striding along. King Musket and Gesture did easy work. Both are well. Historic heat Malayan over six furlongs in im 19 l-2s. Rational 11. and Habit did an easy six furlongs, while Concentrate and Oral could have improved on their 51 l-ss. for four furlongs. Dolomite strode over six furlongs in im 225. Yairewa and Lady Rene ran four furlongs in 51 2-ss. Ciinabue ran seven furlongs in im 34 4-ss, the first three furlongs m 395. Limosin covered the last three of four furlongs in 38s. On Uie grass track. First Money was given a solid half-mile. Hunting Call and Mythology got to the end of four furlongs in 50 i-2s. Goblin Market showed plenty of dash in running Tour furlongs in oO i-ss. Lady Pam and Miss Ransom did five furlongs in im 3s, the last four fuilongs taking 50 l-ss. Sir Limond picked up by Masterton over the last three furlongs, got to the end of five furlongs in lm 7s, the last half-mile being run in 50 3-ss. SCRATCHINGS ANNOUNCED. BRIGHT GLOW AND IN THE SHADE.
