OFFICERS LEAVING FOR ENGLAND. TO TAKE REFRESHER COURSE. (By Telegraph-—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, Wednesday. Sir Joseph Ward states that Major Wilkes, Director of Air Services, will leave shortly for England to be attached to the Air Ministry. Captain Findlay, of the Sockburrt Aerodrome, will also leave for England shortly for one year’s refresher course in the Air Ministry.
