LEAP YEAR BALL.
SUCCESS AT MGARUAWAHIA. The Leap Year Ball held in the Ngaruawahia Town Hall on Wednesday night was a most successful affair, being attended by over 120 couples, Hamilton and all parts of the district being well represented. The hall, stage and supper room were beautifully decorated, and an excellent supper was provided by the ladies.
The M’s.C. were Misses O’Sullivan, Abbott and Wallbank. Splendid music was supplied by Prendergast's or- ! chestra,. and extras were played by j Miss O’Sullivan, a Hamilton lady, and Messrs McGruer, Jones and Pettit.
