The Bishop of "Blackburn (Right Rev.' P. M. Herbert), has accepted the resignation of the Rev. E. Lauri'a, vicar of St. Guthberfs. Mr Lauria declares that he did not use unlawful rites or ceremonies arid he taught nothing unlawful.
