“HECTIC HUSBANDS.”

THE “SHOOTING” FINISHED. SUCCESSFUL FILM EXPECTED. The final scenes of “Hamilton's Hectic Husbands” were “shot” during the week-end, incidents being filmed on the river, at the motorists’ camp, and in other localities. Splendid work was done by the players, who include Mesdames Bartlett. Gronwall and Nash as the wives; Misses Doris Wheeler, Gladys Denz and Zelda Mason, as the sweethearts; Messrs W. H. Frye, W. Blythe and W. Powell as the husbands: and Messrs E. 11. Quill, T. Firth and J. Lang as the lovers. The producer, Mr A. E. Manning, and the director, Mr Budall Hayward, are well satisfied with the work done. The film will now he developed and “cut,” and should soon be ready for screening. Hamilton’s first serious attempt at film-making is likely to be a great success.
