GOOD ALL ROUND MAN. Queensland possesses a great athlete in E. Keskinen, who has now won the all-round championship of the State for the third year' in succession. On September 3, at the Exhibition Ground, Brisbane, he won the pole vault, throwing the discus, throwing the javelin, and the 1500 metres race, as well as being third in the 110 metres hurdles. In the pole vault he cleared lift 4 3-Bin, which eclipsed his own Queensland record-
