INSURGENTS HOLD OUT. i (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) GENEVA, September 30. [ The Georgian Press Bureau declares that a rising in Azerbaijan began in August and continues. The insurgents defeated the Bolsheviks who lost a [field gun and several machine guns. [The insurgents occupied Cherut, which [they are still holding. They also axe [maintaining other ’positions despite Bombardment by the Soviet’s Caspian Eea fleet.
