CALEDONIAN CONCERT.
AN ENJOYABLE PROGRAMME. The popularity of the Caledonian Entertainers was again evidenced by the large audience that attended the second concert in the Winter Show Hall on Saturday evening. Prior to the concert the South Auckland Pipe Band, under Pipe-Major S- Clothier, played in the main building. The programme submitted was acclaimed by all to be of the first-class order and every item was encored. The following contributed to the evening's entertainment: —Selections. South Auckland Pipe Band; national dancing, Misses Gladys Denz, B. King, M. Goodwin, J. Cully and J. Munro; recitations, Miss Ryder and Mr T. Wallace; songs, Miss Purdom, Messrs Graham Young, Worm, and Flicker; humorous items, Mr W. Fenton. Miss May Clothier was an efficient accompaniste.
