CLAY BIRD SHOOTING.

THE HAMILTON CLUB. The Hamilton Gun Club held several competitions on Saturday, when there were good entries and keen shooting. The first shoot of seven birds was won by W. Howe and P. Jelavich, who shot the possible. In the No. 2 shoot, of seven irds, L. Curtis and W. Howe tied with the possible. J. Amundsen and L. Curtis were equal in the third shoot all the birds being hit.

There were 12 entries in the fourth shoot of 10 birds for C. Seddon's trophy. The winners were F. Tisdall and L. Curtis. W. Woolvcn was second.

Tile quail drive of five birds was won by C. Seddon and J. Amundsen. The sixth shoot was won by L. Curtis.
