GAMES ON SATURDAY. The matches under the auspices of the Hamilton Hockey Association wcie continued on Seddon Park on Saturday. Results of the senior matches are:— Old Boys 3 v. Ngahinepouri 0. Y.M.C.A. 4 v. Hinemoa 2. Juniors. Old Boys 2 v. Y.M.C.A. 2. The scorers for Y.M.C.A. were Motrins and Exclby, and for Old Boys Hobbs and West. TEAMS FOR THURSDAY. Following will represent Old Boys A and B in the Six aside Tournament to be held at Seddon Park on Thursday June 3 commencing at 10.30 'a.m. —Ewen, Brough, Allen, Hume, Sweeney, Hobbs, Tompkins, Leak, McLauchlan, Bradley, Buekland J., Ross. , LEAMINGTON V. CITY. The Leamington and City teams met in a friendly match on the Leamington ground. The game look the form of a practice, but it was a good willing go, and there were some very promising players on both sides. There are prospects of hockey getting a good start again in Cambridge. The City team won the game by 4 goaL to 2. Mr P. E. Crowther was referee. LADIES' GAMES. OLD GIRLS v. LEAMINGTON. On the Leamington ground on Saturday, a friendly hockey match was played "between the Hamilton Old Girls and* the Leamington Club. The game resulted in a win for the visitors by goals to 1. Mr 1. McKerron was reforce. Afternoon lea was supplied by the Leamington ladies, and a hearty welcome was extended to the Hamilton Old Girls, also the Cambridge Club by Mr E. Faulkner. Mr Rces returned thanks on behalf of the visitors. The Leamington Club inlends sending two teams to compete in the six-a-side tournament to be held in Hamilton on June 3. INTER-UMVERSiTY TOURNEY. ■ OTAGO TEAM WINS FINAL. WELLINGTON, Monday. The inter-University hockey tournament was concluded yesterday. Auckland beat Canterbury by 3 goals to 1 and Olago beat Canterbury by 3 to 1. Victoria College and Otago played off in the final, which Otago won by 3 goals to 2. E. E.Liffe scored Otago's three goals. Smyth and Paul scored for Victoria College. PLAY IN OTHER CENTRES. (Bv Telegraph—Press Assoclallon.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The senior hockey club matches in Wellington yesterday resulted:—-Wel-lington 7 beat Wesley 0; Karori 2 beat Y M C.A. 1 ; Huia 0 beat Training College 4 ; Hull 3 beat Petone 0. The representative practice match between Wellington and Wairarapa was won by the former by 10 goals to 1. CIIRISTCHUKCII, Sunday. In the senior hockey competition yesterday Sclwyn O drew with St. Albans 0; Technical 4 beat Sydenham 1.
