ROYAL PRINCES.
PRINCE GEORGE IN HONGKONG. (Sydney Sun Cable.) HONGKONG, March 14. Prince George, on behalf of His Majesty, held his first official function at Hongkong to-day, investing the Governor and Commandcr-in-Chicf, Sir Cecil Clement, with Hie K.C.M.G., Sir Chow Shouson, senior Chinese representative in Hie Legislature, as a Knight Bachelor, Mr Halifax, Colonial Secretary, as a C.M.C., and also Mr George Duncan, for Wcntblcy work, as M.B.E. The Prince, in naval uniform, motored from the navay yard to Government House, the route being lined by Britisli naval units and crowds of Chinese and Europeans. The Scottish Volunteer Company with pipers formed the guard of honour. PRINCE HENRY TO OPEN CANBERRA RUMOUR IN GIBRALTAR. GIBRALTAR, March 14. It is strongly rumoured here that 11.M.5. Hood has been detailed to take Prince Henry to Australia to preside at the opening of the new Federal Parliament building at Canberra.
