RETAINED BALLOT PAPER
A WOMAN CONVICTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. Elsie May Weston, married, was charged this morning with retaining a ballot paper after she had left the Mathcson’s Road booth on election day. She was convicted of a technical breach, and was ordered to paycosts.
