AN EXHIBITOR’S RECORD.
34 YEARS AT THE SHOW. As the years go by the various exhibits at the Waikato A. and P. Show come and go, but the record from an exhibitor’s point of view must surely be held by the Arthur Atkin Vehicle Co., which has this year completed its 34th exhibition. For years past the winners in . the show-ring have driven to victory iii one of the firm’s vehicles, and this year the Atkin Sulkies were again prominent in the Grand Parade. At the stand a nicelyarranged assortment of smart gigs and sulkies, splendidly appointed, wellsprung and upholstered, attracted much attention. Waggons and carts for farm purposes are also shown and to the discriminating buyer the quality of workmanship and materials used must make an instant appeal. Other activities of the firm include motor coach work, springs, painting and upholstering. Now that the summer season is with us no doubt motor-car owners will take advantage of the excellent service offered by the Arthur Atkin Vehicle Factory. Only the best of enamels arc used for motor painting, whilst upholstery and hood work receive the same careful attention, and the quality of materials used is of the best that can be procured. To those requiring further particulars regarding prices, etc., a hearty invitation is extended by the manager (Mr Clias. Speight) to visit the works, which are situated at the corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton East.
