THE IMPROVED DODGE.

STURDY CONSTRUCTION. The slogan of the world-famous motor car manufacturers, Dodgo Brothers, “No yearly models, but constant improvements,” is amply demonstrated in the Dodge exhibit at the Summer Show by Blackmore’s Garage, the authorised dealers. Dodge Brothers have two classes of manufacture viz., Special types and Standard types. The Specials were created for the large number of motorists who favour individuality in appearance and appointment. The bodies of the attractive Special type are low hung and the lines are unusually graceful. The long underslung rear springs contribute materially to the exceptional riding qualities, and the interiors are comfortable and roomy with deep seats and ample leg room. The Dodge Standard product is identical with that of the Special type described above. It has all the dis-

tinctive qualities which have long made these popular cars “well known and known well.” An all-steel body enamel finish, and genuine leather upholstery together with solid materials and workmanship, produce unusually long life in an automobile. Messrs. Blackmore’s Garage are displaving a Standard Roadster and two Special five-seater touring models. These machines are finished in a soft attractive gray with a faint gold line, and the general appearance is most noticeable among the other exhibits. That the Dodge is the best motor car value offered is proved by the large number of business houses using this serviceable car for commercial purposes. Probably no other cat enjoys such an enviable reputation in the commercial world, but this is easy to understand when wc learn that this great organisation has turned out one million and a half cars in ten years production, and 90 per cent, of these machines arc still in commission.
