To those who have evinced an interest in the recent Wairakei, Ltd., Supreme Court actions, this week's issue of the Review should prove interesting reading . The Graham v. Cleave libel action, which was withdrawn by the plaintiff at the eleventh hour, is commented upon, had the cnmp'lcle circular issued by Cleave printed in its entirety. The centre pages "Of the Review are featured with a striking miscellany of photographs of promnicnt. people in the sporting and society world abroad. Racing enthusiasts will take special note of the illustrations depicting scenes of the flat racing season in England and the Liverpool Grand National Steeplechase. Football is represented in snapshots of the Marist (Christehurch). v. City League match at Carlaw Park, and the Probables v. Possible North Island "All Black" trial match in Wellington. Prize-winners at the Napier musical and elocutionary competitions occupy an attractive page. A page of modern fashions will command feminine attention. In the miscellaneous portion are the meet of the Dannevirke hounds, followers of the Mahawatu Hunt, an exciting contest on the Parramala River, incidents at Wembley, start of the British round-the-world flight, the season's catches, the Queenslown outrages, etc. The Review is on sale at all booksellers and stationers.
