HATCHES OUT GEESE. A SUCCESSFUL SITTING. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. (Received June 25, 10.30 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, June 24. A man who was summoned before the Police Court at Hardeslev wrote excusing his absence because he was sitting on eggs. A police inspector investigated and discovered the man in bed upon a sitting of goose eggs, and two goslings -already hatched were wandering over the bedclothes. Subsequently the wife arrived and relieved the sitting husband, who went to court. All the eggs were successfully hatched.
