VOROWSKY'S MURDER.
RUSSIA AND SWITZERLAND RETALLVTORY MEASURES. A BOYCOTT PROCLAIMED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. (Received June 25, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 23. The Times' Riga correspondent reports that the Soviet has proclaimed a strict economic boycott of Switzerland on the ground of the Swiss refusal to give satisfaction in connection with M. Vorovvsky's assassination. Trade relations have been stopped, and the Soviet representatives have been recalled. AH the Swiss, except proletarians, are being refused admission to Russia.
