THE RELEASED ALDERMEN

NO PROPOSE GIVEN. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received October 13, 5-5 p.m. LONDON, October 12. The Poplar councillors who have been released assert that they have given no promise to levy a rate.
