The Band’s rendering of the Test Selection w;ls undoubtedly a magnificent effort, and in every way worthy of your town. My Council, too. offers you its sincere congratulations upon ypur Band's success in winning the. Contest Shield, for the highest aggregate marks in the three Test selections. May your Band have a very successful future, anti receive the assistance and encouragement that it so richly deserves.”
