CLAIM AGAINST BOARD, JUDGMENT FOR MR LYSNAR. By Telegraph.—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Thursday. Mr Justice Hoed gave judgment today in the case Gisborne Harbour Board v. George Henry Lysnar, to decide Ihe liability of the board under an agreement to pay Lysnar 1 per eenl. on the harbour scheme proposed by him. He decided Dial Hie agreement is valid and binding on Hie board and, subject to Lysnar’s scheme being such as the agreement contemplated, he is entitled to I per cent-, which is estimated at £15,000.
