PREMIERS' CONFERENCE
NAVAL DEFENCE. CONSTITUTIONAL RELATIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received July 28, 5.5 p.m. LONDON. July 27. The Imperial Conference devoted the morning session to naval defence, the consideration of which is practically completed. The Premiers are reticent regarding details, but are confident that they will prove acceptable to ail the Dominions concerned. The afternoon session was applied to formulating a scheme for constitutional relations between the Dominions and the Motherland, and also between one another. Mr Massey stated that he believed the final arrangements in this regard are the best thai, ever existed in the history of Ihe Empire.
