In connection with the Kaitangata mine, a deputation of miners Interviewed the management, stating that they had a message from (he Federation that at" work was to be resumed and the Kaitangata dispute submitted to the tr:bunal set up to deal with the Blackball dispute. The management informed the deputation that such was not the case, ns the tribunal was only empowered to deal with Blackball, and there was no dispute between the Kaitangata Company and the men. The question of resumption is therefore still deferred.
