A meeting of the committee of ths K>ve was hold in the A. and P. Rooms, aglnn. Present: Messrs E. C. ouchen (chairman), J. Rawlinson, A. arnille. W. A. Wilson. J. S. Mills, . R Landev. Dr. Sanders* and the pretary, R. 'Donaldson. Messrs W. ibbison, S. H. Dando and J. N. artyn were added to the executive. The chairman stated that he had sited Hamilton and found that awhia was well ahead in the matter collections, and they were very keen ipnt it. He thought they would [Ve to form a separate board,, and by should send delegates to Hamilton that there shorjd be uniformity in tat was being done. Hamilton was tting out a subscription list, but he is not aware how it was to be aped. Mr Donaldson had agreed to b as secretary, but the matter of itineration would have to be con[ered later on. C. Houchen and S. J. wlinson were appointed delegates to resent the Raglan Committee, and secretary was also instructed to and. )r.
