In an "interview by the Daily Chronicle's Tokio correspondent, M. Hara the Premier, said that Japan has no territorial ambitions in Siberia, and will not take an inch of Russian territory, and will withdraw every soldier the moment the Bolshevik menace is removed. Japan wishes to act in harmony •with America and the Entente, but cannot permit the Bolshevik danger at her door. Apart from this, Japan refuses to embark on extensive military intervention.
