Scratched: Silver Lode. \ Silver Pine and Dasherboy look turn* j in the lead, but the former took charge along the back and won by two lengths, a neck between second and third. Time, 2.56. The winner was favourite. T l . , Maiden Handicap.—Miss Leslie i,| Ma Copper 2, Glcnval 3. Scratched; Lady Tasman. Won by two lengths with half a-lenglh between 2nd anil 3rd. Time l.io. . , , Rotorua Cup—Queen Abbey 1, Lady Energy 2, Gorregidor 3. Also started Waiuta. Won by two lengths. 1 une 2.10 3-5. _ ■\VaimanffiT Handicap. - King Lupm T, Ohincwairua 2, Monocrat 3.
