DRASTIC GOVERNMENT ACTION. SUPPORTED BY PARLIAMENT. MUTINEERS SENTENCED TO DEATH. (Router’s Telegrams.) Received January 13, 7.25 p.m. MADRID, Jan. 11. There arc mutinous revolutionary movements at Barcelona and Saragossa. The Government is acting draslicallj. The leaders have been arrested. A corporal and six privates were courtmarlialled and shot for mutiny at Saragossa. Martial law has beifh declared, and officers have been recalled from leave. Troops and gendarmes pati ol the streets. The syndicalist Leader, Chueca, was killed during an attack on the barracks. The constitutional parties in Parliament rallied to the Government after a critical debate. SARAGOSSA RISING QUELLED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received January 14, 12.10 a.in. MADRID, Jan. 11. During the Saragossa riots, soldiers attacked the barracks, and a lieutenant was killed. The outbreak was suppressed after the loader was killed and several wounded.
