ALLENBY HONOURED
(Reuter’s Telegrams.) Received January 11, 5.5 p.m. CAIRO, January 8. Viscount Allenby arrived at Jeddah aboard the H.M.S. Centaur. _ King Hussein received him on the pier, and decorated him with the Grand Collar of the Order of the Mahda, _ with jewels, and also presented him with a gold sword of honour.
