The treatment of Indians in SouthEast- Africa baa raised an angry discussion on the racial questioft >0 WlO National Congress at Amritsar. The immigration barrier was not made a specific subject of resolution, but the attitude showed that if the Imperial Government was unable to obtain fair treatment from the Dominions and colonies it must admit the Indian (ie-. rnand for retaliation.
