CAMBRIDGE AMATEUR CLUB SPORTS. The first annual sports meeting of the Cambridge Amateur Athletic Club was held in Victoria Square, Cambridge, yesterday. The weather was perfect, and a large crowd was present. There were some very close finishes, which speaks well for the handicappers. The whole of the proceedings passed oil' without a hitch, and the committee is to be congratulated on the arrangements made and the manner in which they were carried out.
