"QUICK MARCH"

GIVE IT SUPPORT. Just as the soldier has manfully carried out liis great part in the struggle for justice and freedom, so is it now the duty of those whom he so unselfishly safeguarded in dire times to afford him the maximum manifestations of support. There is at present in Hamilton, and staying at the Commercial Hotel, Mr Thomas Bohlson, the official enroller for Quick March. It may not be generally known that Quick March is the title of the official newspaper organ- for the returned soldier, and is issued monthly from Wellington. It is wholly owned and solely . controlled by the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association. It is a compact journal of some 50 pages, attractively distributed with matter grave and gay, which is of direct interest, not alone to the returned soldier, but to the public generally. The subscription to Quick March, including postage, is 7s per annum. A guinea covers a three years' period. To afford concrete encouragement to the promoters of Quick March, that they are launching a proposal which is soundly appreciated by the public in a financial sense the longer term of subscription is the more appreciable. Something is not being sought for which there is no return and, as we have previously remarked, it is the duty of all to give Quick March support by becoming a subscriber.
