DOMAIN PLAYING FIELDS
APPORTIONMENT OF GROUNDS.
A committee of the'Hamilton Domain Board—Messrs A. Swarbrick ' (chairman), J. R. Fow and A. E. Manning—last night met representatives of the following sports bodies: Misses Harrison and Pickering (Ladies' Hockey), Messrs C. Speight, J. Varney and Inder (Hamilton Rugby Union), R. Paltison (Association Football), W. G. Fabling (Men's Hockey),v and allotted ' the grounds for Saturdays for the incoming season as follows:
Ladies' hockey, two grounds, Seddon Park.
Association football, one ground, Seddon Park.
Rugby football, two grounds, Steele Park; one ground, Seddon Park, and a further ground to be arranged later. In addition the Men's Hockey will have the use of three grounds on Wednesdays, and the Ladies' Hockey of two grounds on Thursdays. The representatives of the various clubs agreed to make an annual payment towards the upkeep of the different grounds.
