FATAL ACCIDENT
ENGINEDRIVER KILLED. Inspector Sheehan has received the following telegram from Constable Wright at Taupo: "William Stanley, aged 46 years, an enginedriyer, was killed at Mokai to-day owing to the brakes on the engine failing to act."
