USE OF ARMLETS
STRINGENT REGULATIONS. (Bv Telegraph.—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Saturday. The Recruiting Board has issued a statement to the elTect that it has now been decided to make new regulations under the AVar Regulations Act absolutely prohibiting any person, whether a volunteer who is waiting to be called up or who has not been accepted for service, or a returned discharged soldier. from wearing any badge on the arm other than the official issue by the Defence Department or a mourning badge.
The new regulations will come into force on Monday, September 4th.
