FURTHER ATTEMPT AT RESCUE.
SANTIAGO L)E CHILI, Aug. 25
The Chilian Government has placed the yacht Yelcho at Sir E. Shackleton's disposal for a new attempt to reach Elephant Island to rescue the men, and the scientific material if the men have succumbed. Sir E. Shackleton plans to sail in a few days.
