SHIPPING CONTROL
LONDON, November 6. The shipowners agreed to Mr Lloyd George appointing marine superintendents, and staffs, conditional upon the shipowners being i represented on the Board of Trade's I advisory committee, to which all important questions affecting ship- , ping will be referred. It is understood the Government oppose Mr Havelock Wilson's proposals to abolish the local Marine Boards.
