The weather; was extremely hot for the cricket match to ; day. Brown played a lucky innings, and 'was repeatedly missed. Turner tod ono wicket for 100, Howell, 5 for 44, Donnan, 2 tor 44. Callaway, 1 for 44. • 27. The weather was fine for the conclusion of the match with the English team. New South' Wales only made 180 in the second innings-Gregory 87, Donnan 39.
