Adelaide, March 18. The match between the Australian team, which is about to proceed to England, and a combined fifteen from Australia commenced to-day. The Australian team went in first, and when the stumps were drawn the scores stood at 320 for the loss of six wickets. The principal scores were: Jones 76 ; Jarvis, 52 ; and Palmer, 50, not out.
Melbourne, March 18. Arrived this morning : The Wairarapa for the BlufF.
