In the House of Commons last night ZVlr Osbnnie Morgan, Undersecretary for the Colonies, replying to a question from Sir William MoArthur. stated that no decision will be come to v. itl> ret; ml to the separation of Queeiiil.uul until the receipt of the memorial from the colonists on the subject.
